Prepare the Package
Place the 3D-printed footwear and all original accessories back into the sustainable Zellerfeld box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your local carrier; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
